Ray was raised in eastern Washington. After attending undergrad at Seattle Pacific in Seattle, Washington, Ray moved to Salem and attended Willamette University School of Law. Ray has been practicing law in Salem since 1984.
Ray is “of counsel” with the firm. Ray’s decades of expertise are utilized in real estate and land use matters.
When Ray is not working, he spends his time with his wife of 40-plus years and three adult children. Ray and his wife are blessed with three grandkids. He also roots for the Dodgers and the Red Sox, volunteers coaching for the Corbin College Mens’ Basketball Team, and can be found riding his bike long distances.
